12th November..
I've worked hard planning for that day, and my hard work paid off well.. :]
We had oodles of fun that day as we spend it together :D
1st off, Bhangra aerobics..
This is the toughest aerobics ever man... I shall never make fun of those bollywood dancers dancing around trees ever again.. After a few minutes my shoulders were already screaming! If you think im weak then i suggest you try it out yourself before commenting :p Even after that tough work out, we were still hyper early that wednesday morning :D

2nd, Group Dynamics..
We played with sticks,ropes and walk on cables! weeee ;].. lol, sorry laa if potong again. I cant remember the names.. Although all this games sound childish, it thought us that without teamwork and trust, we couldnt go anywhere. And also we need to support each other and face our fear at times. Performing these task help us grew closer and also helped us form a stronger bond.. :]

3rd, Paintball!!
Yea!!~ Lol, Freedom vs. Independence. We played 5 rounds and the score was 3 - 2. Aww.. lost by 1 point. But owh well.. we had loads of fun shooting coloured palletes at each other with markers :D (yes, they are markers not guns) at 330km/h.. After that event, I left the battlefield with 6 bruises from the palletes.. THANK YOU MERVYN =.=

4th, Jungle Trekking..
We rested for awhile after paintball and had a little snack before we head off.. Before we departure, a heavy downpour came.. but that didnt stop us from taking the adventurous routes!
We first gather at the look out point, due to the heavy rain and lightnings, we didnt get the opportunity to climb up the point.. It would have been a breath taking view I tell ya.. Lightning stroke behind me and Angelica which scared the crapped out of us.. (there was smoke! >.<) Going through the jungle was tough I tell ya! I slept and fall every muddy slope there were.. =.=
Came back and thought nothing happened until i got to the shower room and found a leech on my chest and waist.. wth.. ahh well, as they say no pain no gain. :]
Camera man & girl of the day was Zhen Yang and Farhana and their proffesional cameras.. woot!! we get sweet pictures for free! :D. Thanks guys! Facilities were awesome and super clean!
Thats why we were so comfy that day.. as it was cooling up in those hills. :D
Thats all for my trip to COPE Adventures..
And I promise if we get a chance to go back.. we definitely will.. :]
